How It Works
- Earn: Get 1 point per $1 spent on eligible items (excluding tax, shipping, and sale items).
- Redeem: 100 points = $5 off. You can redeem up to 30% of your cart with points.
- Account required: You must be logged in to earn and redeem points.
- When awarded: Points are added when your order status is Completed.
- Refunds: If an order is refunded (full or partial), points are automatically deducted.
- Expiration: Points expire after 12 months from the earn date.
Exclusions
- Sale/discounted items, gift cards, taxes, and shipping do not earn points and cannot be purchased via points.
- Points cannot be combined with coupons in the same order.
How to Redeem
- Log in and add eligible items to your cart.
- At checkout, use the Redeem Points option (if you have enough points).
FAQs
- Can guests earn points? No—create an account or log in first.
- Do my points expire? Yes, after 12 months. We’ll remind you by email before they expire.
- What if I return an item? We’ll remove the points you earned on that item. If you redeemed points on that order, we may restore them or adjust them based on the refund.
- Can I transfer points? Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Can rules change? We may update the program at any time (see Terms below).

Loyalty & Rewards Program
Perfumes Outlet may grant loyalty points on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be earned and redeemed only by registered customers in good standing. Points are awarded on eligible merchandise subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, and sale items) when an order is marked Completed. Points redeemed and points earned may be adjusted for returns, cancellations, or fraud. The maximum discount from points per order is 30% of the cart subtotal. Points expire after 12 monthsfrom the earn date. Perfumes Outlet may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its rules at any time.

If you participate in our loyalty program, we process your account details, point balances, and earn/redeem history to provide program features, prevent abuse, and send program notifications (e.g., points expiring). See “Your Choices” to manage communications. We do not sell loyalty data.
